This magnificent villa of almost 6,500 square feet of interior space with an additional 3,500 square feet of terraces, patios, rooftop and outdoor living space; all within an exclusive gated beachfront community. You have the entire villa to yourselves. The house has 7 bedrooms; you pick the ones you want to use when you arrive. Casa Caribena was just remodeled with the finest materials, including local hardwood and mahogany woodwork throughout the entire villa. Everything has clean lines and is lovely, with a new and contemporary look while maintaining its iconic architecture. It’s a New Villa!

Casa Caribeña is a beautiful 7 bedroom villa with 7 Master Suites (all with private bath and air conditioning) and 3 guest bathrooms (1 per floor). The villa is on a sandy white beach, with a wonderful Beachfront Infinity Pool and fantastic patios for incredible outdoor living! The Jungle Side Swimming Pool has a wonderful in-water lounging area, surrounded by jungle fora and sundeck chairs. There is also a Rooftop Living Area with a traditional palapa and yoga area (underneath) and Jacuzzi where you can see the entire bay. Whether to take in the stunning colors of the Caribbean or gaze at the spectacular stars at night; this is the place to be!

The ample kitchen has all that you need to cook whatever you like but we have something even better for you! We can offer you a complete Gourmet Chef Service and Food Package, for your entire party! Now, all the cooks in your group get a vacation also. Eat inside in the dining room or you may also enjoy your meals “Alfresco” on the patio directly in front of the turquoise blue waters of the Caribbean.

There are 2 living rooms, with the ground floor living room connected to the dining room by beautiful arches; and a powder room bath, along with the wet bar that invites you to create your favorite tropical specialties. Each floor has dedicated WIFI, and the ground floor has English & Spanish (60 inch) TV for those in your party that need to stay connected.

Pampering is also a priority here. You have fantastic masseuses that come to the villa and give the most wonderful relaxing massages, manicures, pedicures, and facials while lounging around the pool, under the palapa patio up on the roof or wherever you prefer. Scuba diving can also be arranged for certified divers (or those looking to be so).
There are 4 restaurants/bars within a 5 minute beachfront stroll, including 2 that are only 50 yards / meters distance; along with a mini-market. You are located within minutes of Paradise Beach (Hotel District), Mayan Ruins, Cenotes, and Xel-Ha, plus lots, lots more! You are in the middle of the Riviera Maya.

A few steps down the beach is the famous Cenote Manati. This is a fresh water cenote of emerald green, crystal clear water. The villa was very clean with plenty of space for our family of 15. The villa is beautiful and in a beautiful location with fewer people nearby than I expected. So, it almost felt like we had the beach to ourselves. As beautiful as the villa is, the real treasure is the onsite manager, Bibi! She is so efficient it looks effortless and yet, was unobtrusive. My family still misses her! We had the Mexican meal plan for 5 days and every meal was outstanding. Communication prior to arrival was easy with prompt replies to questions. We like to travel to a different location every year but, if we do return to Tulum, there is no doubt that Casa Caribena would be our choice.

Paradise

We had perfect weather and perfect service for all five days of our stay at Casa Caribena! The trip was too short but the memories will last a lifetime. Get the chef package with authentic Mexican and treat BIbi like the gem of a human she is because she will make your stay phenomenal!

Great villa on the beach

Our second time renting this property and once again we had a wonderful family trip of eight adults and eight children. Plenty of beds and room for everyone. The staff (Bebe and Jessica) were fantastic and Haynar our chef prepared delicious meals every day including a fresh caught barracuda. The fresh guacamole and salsa every day was the best. The house was thoroughly cleaned every day and the three pools were used. The very large roof top heated wading pool was a great place to wind down the day. The cenote a short walking distance down the street was interesting and only 10 per person, one hour of snorkeling is about right for this activity. We will be back.

Unforgettable Tulum Trip!

If you're looking for the perfect getaway in Tulum, this villa is the ultimate destination. We recently visited with a large group of friends and family, and every single minute was pure bliss. The outdoor areas were absolutely stunning, offering plenty of space to move around and soak in the natural beauty of Tulum throughout the day.The location was great, with boutique hotels and restaurants nearby as well as Casa Cenote (Manatee). And while the area is easily accessible, the quiet beach vibe made it feel like a secluded paradise.What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, were the incredible hosts, Bibi and Chef Geiner. Their hospitality went above and beyond, and they made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Chef Geiner’s meals were absolutely to die for! Each dish was a work of art, and the flavors were unforgettable. We’re still dreaming about the meals we had! Every meal was an experience in itself, making our time there even more special.Overall, this villa provided everything we could have hoped for in a vacation—luxury, comfort, and top-notch service. Highly recommend to anyone looking to experience the magic of Tulum in style.

Pure Magic in Tulum

We had the most incredible time in Tulum at Casa Caribena. The location is beautiful, the home is comfortable and spacious. The staff is unreal and the chef is an absolute must. Awesome Family Trip

We felt well cared for, extremely well-fed, and safe throughout our adventure at the Casa Cabinera. BeBe is an exceptional host and her attention to detail was never lost on us. She caught on to our needs before we knew what we needed. She is an exceptional host - so kind, extremely hard-working, and dedicated to making our stay enjoyable! We looked forward to every meal from Jenier - he blew our minds with flavor and creativity. Plus, when one of our family members fell ill, Jenier made a lovely chicken noodle soup to help them recover. It was really above and beyond our expectations. The house met all our expectations and needs - roomy for all 16 of us. The pools were clean, well-kept, and super fun. There was plenty of space to spread out and the bedrooms were very comfortable and private. There is no easy beach access - on a walk with the kids we found a sandy beach about 1 mile south and really enjoyed our time in the water. We wished we had more beach access right outside our door but it’s not safe or accessible with the reef and rocks. Beautiful to look at but made our water adventures a bit difficult. Luckily, we could walk down the neighbors dock and have water access via the stairway.

Anniversary

Our time at Casa Carebena was nothing short of magical. There were 10 of us for 6 nights, and everyone had their own room with a bath attached. 3 couples and 3 single people. There was still plenty of room for more too!! The staff was stellar, met and exceeded every want and desire. BeBe was gracious and kind, her nephew ,Javien was his name I think, sorry if I got that wrong! was the chef for the week and he did not dissapoint!! Jesse was also prompt and kind. The pools were individually glorious at different points in the day. We got massages on the top floor one day with the ocean breezes making it a one of a kind experience! The whole party was blown away and we are already talking of returning!

Perfect Extended Family Spring Break

We were a family of 11 ppl ages 5yo to 75yo. The House is impeccably clean, functional, beautiful and well located. However, it was Bibi and Chef Geiner who deserve all the credit for making our stay absolutely perfect. Their kindness and hospitality was world class. The “Mexican” meal package was fantastic, so good that we ended changing all our dinner plans and doing as many meals as we could at Casa Caribena.

Gorgeous home & great staff

We absolutely loved our stay! We had breakfast outside with the most beautiful view every morning. The house was stunning as well! If you go, I HIGHLY recommend doing the food package for at least some of your meals.

His food and service was above and beyond. - The pools and hot tubs were nice. - They raked the beach seaweed so the beach was nice. - Staff gave us space and freedom, yet were always available to help. - We would love to have another vacation with this staff and location. It exceeded our expectations.

Casa caribeña Tankah Bay

I rented this house because it is on the water and was big enough to sleep my family which consisted of 13 adults and 3 kids. I lived in Playa del Carmen for 5 years and wanted to have my family reunion this year away from the tourist and crowds on the beach. I was disappointed when I first arrived because of all the rocks on the beach. I specifically picked this location because I didn’t see too many rocks on the house pictures. I was concerned because we had 3 kids that love the beach and knew they would spend all their time there. However, the house had lots of water shoes and kayaks to use so that they could go out on them and snorkel close to the coral reef where they saw lots of fish without having to step on the rocks. The rest of the house was perfect and every one enjoyed every space the house had to offer. Also the staff Jose and Juanita took care of us non stop and were the best of host. We will definitely be back to casa caribeña.

Best Vacation House

Our family rented this house for a family vacation after our daughters wedding in Tulum. The house is amazing!!! Everything about it was perfect. The property manager and staff are so nice and helpful. They even helped with laundry which was an added benefit. The pools are great and we loved the kayaks. We did not want to leave. Our group ranged from 9 years old to 71 and each of us loved this house. Highly recommend and plan to come back. So thankful the owners share their home. Great vacation

Awesome Tulum property

I stayed a week in this property and had a wonderful time with friends and family, the location was about 15-20 minutes from downtown Tulum and the house is just as advertise. I want to personally thank The Chef Vera for cooking us some amazing meals during our stay and being available last minute. The house keeper was also really friendly and left the house spotless every morning. 100% Recommended.

Amazing house, location and staff!

We had an absolutely fantastic family vacation at Casa Caribena. We were 8 adults and 3 kids. There was more than enough space at the house for all of us. Having three pools was a nice feature. Good snorkelling right off the beach and great to have kayaks/SUP. Sunset drinks in rooftop pool with pelicans/osprey/frigate birds flying just overhead = spectacular! Best of all was the staff - Benito (chef), Jose (grounds) and Gely (cleaner) were professional, friendly, attentive and all-around amazing! We would highly recommend Casa Caribena for a quiet, private family vacation.
