«Saw all the good things people wrote about it so i thought it be decent, i booked the most expensive room they had available. I get to the hotel check in and there was a confusion in my booking they wanted to give me a lower price suite but heck no. tried to check in around 10 and was told the room wasn't ready so we go and eat breakfast and shortly after we go to the pool...around 2pm we head back over to see if room was ready and still no. Shortly after a worker that helped us with our luggage ...

«The check in was very smooth and thanks to Jose Antonio we got an amazing room with sea view in a quiet corner of the hotel. Our private concierge Daniela Robles did an amazing job in helping us with dinner reservation and reserving sun beds at the beach in the morning. The hotel has the beach on one side and jungle on the other side, so it was really cool to see some of the animals and birds so close.
The japanese restaurant was excellent and the sashimi there was super high quality.

«Best stay!!! Loved the staff , loved the vibe!! Unfortunately i did go when the seaweed was at its fullest but i already knew so we planned to go to a cenote beach club and a lagoon and was amazing. Food is absolutely delicious at Tago and they have a Sushi restaurant there too that I highly recommend. Such an oasis and tranquility. Rooms were gorgeous and the vegetation around was so beautiful. Highly recommend this place, definitely will be coming back!!»
