With marble floors and neat decor the apartment has all you need: a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, relaxing terrace with a hot tub, high speed WiFi. The rooftop pool has amazing view to both the jungle and the ocean! Enjoy a walk to the beach, nearby cafes and restaurants, ride a bike or visit the beautiful cenotes.
We have designed and equipped Casa Lucho to provide a wonderful experience! Ceiling to floor windows in the bedrooms provide the best lighting and relaxing views to the terrace and lush gardens (We have blackout curtains for a good night sleep!).
Want to have a drink in the terrace or just chill? You'll love the comfy chairs or dip in the hot tub!
The living room has a 60" UHD smart TV, a cozy sofa and a dinning/ bar table.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove, microwave, fridge, all appliances and silverware.
The bedroom has a king bed and wardrobe with safe box. A swing glass door, with blackout and sheer curtains, provides quick access to the terrace. The full bathroom is just one step outside the room, to be accessed from the living room as well.
For your convenience the apartment has fiber-optic WiFi, AC in bedroom and living room.
The shared pools have spectacular views both to Aldea Zama's jungle and the ocean. Swim from one building to another through the amazing glass floored bridge pool in the 5th floor !!
If you wish to workout, the building has a fully equipped gym you can use.
Free parking is also available.

The complex bases its design on the communion between the natural environment and a contrasting geometry with it. The facade emulates the movement of the waves creating dynamism and the material of the facade is indigenous bamboo. The architecture merges with the Nature entering inside the building and going up to the roof top where the social life of each community is flourishes with its unique experiences such as spa, gym, and “bridge pools”.
