The Space:

THE SPACE

Casa de los Sueños is Jungle Luxe's most thoughtfully designed villa — a fully private, gated retreat where lush jungle surroundings meet genuine luxury finishes. Every detail was considered: from the custom concrete soaking tub and rainfall showers to hotel-quality linens, a Breville espresso machine, and a resort-style pool that stays sunny all day.

The main level features an open-concept living, dining, and fully equipped kitchen — complete with oven, air fryer, chef's knives, and everything you need to cook like a local or host a private chef dinner (available on request). A stylish half bath rounds out the ground floor.

Upstairs, the primary suite is a true sanctuary — king bed, a jungle-view window seat, rainfall shower, and that custom concrete soaking tub. The second suite features stacked queen beds, a private en-suite rain shower, dedicated desk with monitor, and its own terrace — designed for adult travelers who don't want to share a floor

Step outside and you're in your own private paradise: an oversized sunny pool, gas fire pit, outdoor shower, BBQ grill, and mature jungle landscaping that attracts wild parrots at dusk. Fully fenced, completely private, utterly peaceful.

GETTING TO THE BEACH — EASIER THAN YOU THINK

Tulum's jungle neighborhoods look further from the beach on a map than they actually are. Casa de los Sueños is under 10 minutes by car or scooter to multiple beach clubs and the hotel zone — the same travel time you'd have from most properties that market themselves as "close to the beach."

The difference is we've done the work for you.



Beach access:

In Tulum, the best beaches sit behind private beach clubs. We've built the access quietly, through direct relationships with ten of the Mexican Caribbean's most sought-after clubs — Gitano, Hotel Panamera, and Umi among them. After booking, you'll receive the Jungle Luxe guest concierge app, where each club's current terms, minimums, and character are set out in detail. Beach day reservations are placed directly in the app the day before — one tap, no back-and-forth — so your morning opens with a confirmed name on the list.

A note on how Tulum works. Most clubs here operate on a minimum consumption: a set food-and-drink spend that stands in for entry. It's standard here, and amounts vary by club. Through October, many waive or ease minimums entirely; in high season, they firm up. The app maps it out ahead of time, so there's nothing to negotiate on the sand. Outside food and drink aren't permitted — everything comes from the club's kitchen.

For a free option, there are public beach access points and a small handful of Tulum hotels keep public beach access open. We'll point you to the ones worth the trip for your week, with honest notes on chair availability and crowds.

A car or scooter is recommended to fully enjoy Tulum — and we're happy to arrange both. Local coffee shops and restaurants are just minutes away, and cenotes including Vesica, Corazon, and Cenote Cristal are all within easy reach. Neek Lagoon and Sipalitos are worth the detour.
