Staff was very pleasant and property was clean with very comfortable beds. Rooms do need work and repainted but for an overnight passing thru we had a VERY comfortable peaceful sleep.

The room was not so clean. There was no hot water. They were doing some type of construction which was noisy and disruptive. About 1/3 of the rooms are dilapidated, unused, vandalized and awful looking. I was going to stay one more night maybe only because I was too lazy to make the loooooong walk back to my car and navigate the jankity steps but changeef my mind when the crotchety woman kept shaking me down starting at 11 a.m it took me longer to get to the office than I expected because I KEPT WAITING FOR HOT WATER. The shower was brutally cold. She didn't care, challenged my claim and tried to charge me $12 more than the first night. I packed my things and went around the corner to a better, less expensive and cleaner facility.

Thank you for your review. But next time when you check in to any other motel please don’t lie about having a pet. If you were that much disappointed why you didn’t come back and ask for refund. You could have went to the franchise motel if you were OK to pay 100 plus. You left very dirty room pet poop and sand everywhere. So be clean and make sure you clean after yourself and your pet. Thank you for staying. Make sure to tell that corner motel that you have a pet.

This property is okay, but a little overpriced for what it is. It’s great that they painted, the water is hot, there was a microwave and fridge in the room. However the TV didn’t work. There’s no way to extend your stay without rebooking the entire stay. The staff is good, however there is a little bit of a language barrier with some of the staff, so it’s best to be patient. This is far away from everything so having a car is necessary. It’s a mile walk to the closest bus stop (Bus 490). The windows are thin, and let in lots of noise (mining operation, road noise, loud talkers, loud cars) so bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. It’s one of the cheapest places to stay in Tulsa, if you are down on your luck. Definitely not a place if you are on vacation. There weren’t any roaches/bugs in my room, so that was nice.

My husband and I came back to this hotel because our first time was a good stay. However we stayed here the 15th-18th and had a horrible experience. Wires hanging out of ceiling and walls. Shower tiles were laying on the floor making us unable to shower in our first room. Mini fridge was hidden from us in the first room. Our second room there was no working mini fridge or microwave. My husband had to go to the office to get a microwave. We found out they can’t fully equip every room with what they say they have because they don’t have enough supplies. I wish we could get a refund but they make it very known they don’t do that. Rooms don’t have phones for emergencies either. Not worth the low price especially when the property has trash all over the place and guests who will walk in front of your vehicle after passing you to go pee against the wall.

The TV did not work. I tried to make it work. The shower had hairs and the towels had pubic hair I suppose. I know it was a motel. Its mostly for a junkie who wants to stay the night basically. Wouldn’t even stay after we booked
After taking a $40 cash-only deposit which I had to leave and go to an atm and get cash for then come back, 2 people met me at the room and went in with us and brought in a pillow and a towel. The 2 people were not uniformed and visibly on drugs. The too smelled bad. They had to push the bed against the wall when they showed us to our room. The pillows had stains on them, the sheets had cigarette burn holes into them and the entire complex was in bad shape, paint peeling from doors, numbers falling off doors. The 2 people that showed us to our room was in the parking lot with a 3rd person being loud and weird when we left. We stayed in the room for 5 minutes and left then booked another room and stayed there,

Run. Run as fast as you can.
Cockroaches everywhere. Not clean beds. Tried to talk to the lady in the office, she said it was the last room and more or less told me it wasn’t her problem. Horrible, horrible service and rooms. Don’t do it.

Regency Motel Stay
Being from out of town and looking to save money. Took city bus from downtown Greyhound. Desk Clerks were in middle of shift change. Walked to Family Dollar bought a dinner and staff let me heat it while they changed shifts. Room was so comfortable after traveling. Clerk and staff made sure had towels and shampoos. Rested and relaxed next day. They were all very nice!!
