«Daughter and I visited my granddaughter who goes to TU. The house was perfect for us! Very close to the campus in a nice quiet neighborhood. Some of the pleasant surprises were the private back yard with a deck and comfy chairs for watching birds, squirrels and bunnies; lights above the twin beds for reading; caring and gracious hosts. We had to unexpectedly keep the granddaughter's cat that we brought for her for a few days and Justin was very understanding. We also enjoyed the extra room ...

«Manager was informed of the condition of the home and honestly just didn’t care. The floors were DISGUSTING! The bathtub and Sinks were DISGUSTING! The towels were dirty. My kids feet turned black from walking in them after her shower. The drains were all so full of old hair that the water was backing up in the tub and sink. The towels had hair all over them, I’d be surprised if they had even washed them. And it says recently remodeled? But the walls are cracked, the paint is chipped and peeling ...

«Really neat place tucked away right along riverside parkway and Tulsa hills enjoyed are time here»

«The bungalow was pretty much as described however it was not super clean - cobwebs and bugs in the corners. The neighbors dog was very loud and made it’s presence know .»

«Loved the property and listing was accurate. Communication with owner was prompt in certain areas and non existent in others. My circumstances were unique in that our stay was due to a family member’s hospitalization, thus requiring additional communication with owner. Would have loved to extend our stay but again, could not reach owner. »
