Guest Access:

Guests enjoy full, private access to the entire home, this is a standalone private residence with no shared spaces whatsoever.



Self check-in is simple and seamless. Use the 3-car driveway or 3-car garage for parking, plenty of room for the whole group.



The home is tucked back from the road on a private lot surrounded by desert, giving you complete privacy from arrival to checkout. Every space is yours, indoors and out, including the private pool, covered ramada, and outdoor lounge.

The Desert Preserve is located in a quiet, safe, and well-established neighborhood in Northwest Tucson. The area is peaceful and residential with very little traffic surrounded by open desert, mountain views, and wide open skies. You're tucked away from the noise of the city while still being just minutes from everything you need.

The home is equipped with a fire extinguisher (located under the kitchen sink), a first aid kit in the bathroom, smoke detectors throughout the home, and a carbon monoxide detector in the living area.



The property includes a pool and patio area. Please do not leave children or pets unattended while outside.



As this is the Sonoran Desert, you may occasionally encounter local wildlife such as birds, lizards, insects, or other desert animals. While sightings are uncommon, we recommend keeping an eye on children and pets when outdoors — especially near the pool and ramada area.

We’re available from 9 AM – 7 PM through the app for any questions, recommendations, or anything you need to make your stay more comfortable.
