Peaceful Mid-Century Retreat with Pool and Hot Tub

Kick back and relax in this calm and stylish space in the heart of Tucson! Our home is a mix of classic and Mid-Century Modern touches to create a cool and comfortable atmosphere. Enjoy light-filled spaces that look out to the private central courtyard, pool, hot tub, dining area and gas grill.

Located in the historic neighborhood of Catalina Vista, our house provides a relaxing and private retreat from busy life yet is in the heart of Tucson, close to the U of A and downtown. It’s nestled in a beautiful desert landscape with a large outdoor space and patio, perfect for lounging by the pool or stargazing at night.

The main house surrounds the private courtyard and large windows flood the interior with natural light. Designed with guests in mind, it's the perfect place for families or friends. Most bedrooms include ceiling fans and the entire home is equipped with central AC. Our fully appointed kitchen has everything you need to make meals at home or brew a cup of coffee or tea first thing in the morning. All bathrooms have fresh, fluffy towels and sustainable bath products. Two cozy living rooms look out to the central courtyard and pool; one with a smart TV with streaming services.

Bedroom #1 is located in the main house at the end of the hallway off the family room. It has a king bed and additional seating for relaxing or reading. The en-suite bathroom features a private toilet room, double vanities, freestanding tub and shower, and walk-in closet with iron and ironing board. We also keep a fold up twin floor mattress in this closet for an additional sleeping arrangement if needed.

Bedroom #2 is located in the main house off the family room. It has a king bed, vintage dresser and chairs, with a floor-to-ceiling view of the outdoor patio. The en-suite bathroom has a shower and tub combo and large vanity with pink velvet pouf for getting ready.

Bedroom #3 is located in the main house off the front entry hallway. It has two twin beds, vintage dresser, and accessories. The closet houses kids toys and books available for use during your stay. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower and double vanity.

Bedroom #4 is located in a separate guest house located in the pool area. It has a queen bed, twin day bed, dresser, hanging rack, and seating area. The cozy en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower and single vanity with plenty of storage in the mirrored cabinet.

Bedroom #5 is located in the main house just off the entry way. It features a dedicated workspace with desk, chair and high speed internet that can be accessed throughout the property. A twin over full bunk bed provides an additional private sleeping space perfect for kids. This bedroom does not have an attached bathroom, so guests staying in this room would need to use one of the en-suites.

The outdoor space provides all the amenities to enjoy the pool, hot tub, and Arizona weather. The thoughtfully designed architecture provides plenty of shaded seating or sunny lounge spots depending on how you like to relax.

We want you to have an excellent stay at our house, so please note our house rules:
- Children in and around the pool must be supervised at all times. The pool is not fenced and open to the back yard.
- Quiet hours after 10PM
- No parties
- No smoking
- No glassware in pool or hot tub
- If you are bringing a pet please pay the pet fee when booking and clean up and dispose of any pet waste before check out, thank you!

Liability Waiver - By booking a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Hot Tub & Pool, while they provide exercise, recreation, and relaxation, hot tubs and pools can also be dangerous. People can be severely injured or drown if the hot tub and pool are not properly used. Guests are strongly cautioned that they, other occupants, and guests' guest must adhere to the following safe practices:
- No diving into the hot tub or pool
- No intoxicated persons may use the hot tub and/or pool
- No one should use the hot tub alone as there is no lifeguard on duty
- Children may never be left unattended when they may gain access to the hot tub or pool, not even a few seconds

Neither the host nor the hosts' agents can assure the safety of persons using property containing hot tub or pool. As a consequence, guests assume liability for hot tub and pool use by themselves, other occupants, and their guests.

2. For this rental, the following must also apply:
- The hot tub may also be used after dark with quiet hours in mind. After 10PM, no loud noises
- Adult supervision is required for anyone under the age of 14
- All drinks must be served in unbreakable containers

3. No lifeguard will be on duty, you swim at your own risk

4. Guest agrees to release, indemnify, hold harmless, and forever discharge host and host employees, agents, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action of any kind that guest, members of guests' household, or guests' guest, or invitees may have at any time against host or host's agents resulting in the guest's use of the hot tub or pool.

This agreement is in effect from time and date of the confirmation of your booking. Your right to use the property begins at 4PM on the first day of your booking (check-in) and ends at 11AM on the last day of your booking (check-out).
