– Dogs allowed at no extra fee, no cats, sorry!
– Guests may be charged for pet-related damages or excessive hair
Guest is required to sign a Renter Agreement.
All refunds will be reduced by the amount of transaction fees incurred, if any.
Minimum age to rent is 21.
NO Smoking. NO parties/events.
Quiet Hours are from 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM.
Cats are welcome with one condition: they may never be left loose in the home unattended. If you head out without your cat, please keep it secured in a crate or carrier until you return.
