The bedroom includes a comfortable bed, ample storage, and thoughtful furnishings, while the updated bathroom provides a fresh, hotel-style feel.



Guests also have access to a private outdoor patio area with seating and a grill, creating a welcoming space to unwind. With its thoughtful design and central location, this guest house is ideal for both short stays and extended visits.



Guest Access:

Guests will enjoy full private access to the guest house with a private entrance and self check-in.



The space is fully separate and designed for a comfortable, independent stay. Outdoor seating areas are available, and parking is provided on-site.



Please note: The driveway is shared as a pass-through access point, but all living spaces are completely private.

As this is Tucson, you may occasionally encounter local wildlife such as birds, insects, or other desert animals. While sightings are uncommon due to the surrounding area, we recommend keeping an eye on children and pets when outdoors.
