The space

Race morning, made easy

The start line at the Tucson Convention Center is 3.5 miles away: about 10 minutes by car, or an easy spin that doubles as your warm-up. No hotel elevators with your bike, no fighting for parking at 5 a.m. Roll out the front door and go.

Room for the whole team

Two houses means every rider gets a real bed and some breathing room, and early risers don't wake late sleepers. Room to bring bikes indoors, plus covered driveway parking for the car and rack. Washer and dryer for kit between training rides.



After the ride

The red-brick courtyard is where the day ends: burgers on the grill, drinks at the covered patio bar, and plenty of seating for retelling every climb.
