This fully stocked turnkey home is filled with high-end art, furnishings, and unique antiques, including a Restoration Hardware sectional, West Elm and Pottery Barn beds, and other furnishings from Crate & Barrel. Enjoy a Sonos sound system throughout the home, all thoughtfully designed and curated by a professional Art Curator from NYC.

Guest Access:

🔑 Guests have exclusive access to the Main House, private pool, spa, backyard, outdoor living spaces, and circular driveway parking.

🔑 The home utilizes a secure keypad entry system. A unique access code will be provided prior to arrival and will remain active only during your reservation.

🚗 The circular driveway provides convenient access and on-site parking for Main House guests.

📌 The detached Guest Casita is a separate accommodation and may be occupied by other guests during your stay.

📌 Certain owner storage and housekeeping closets remain locked and unavailable to guests.

The private swimming pool and spa are available exclusively for Main House guests.

• Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee of $50 per night.

• The pool is professionally serviced once per week, typically on Tuesdays or Wednesdays.

• Pool technicians may briefly access the backyard during scheduled maintenance visits.



Pool Rule: For your safety, please do not touch or operate any pool equipment (including hoses, pumps, vacuums, filters, or chlorine baskets). If you have any concerns about the pool, contact us immediately. Unauthorized handling of pool equipment may result in additional cleaning or repair charges.



📹 Security Cameras

For safety and security purposes, exterior security cameras are installed around the property.

There are no cameras inside the home or in private interior spaces.



🌵 Desert Environment

As with many Tucson properties, guests may encounter native Sonoran Desert plants and wildlife during their stay.

Wildlife occasionally seen in the area may include:

Please be mindful of your surroundings, especially during early mornings and evenings.



🪟 Windows

Please keep all windows closed during your stay. The home has sufficient doors available if additional air circulation is needed.

The windows are older and can be difficult to properly close once opened. To help prevent maintenance issues, we ask that guests do not open the windows unless absolutely necessary.



🔥 Fireplace

The fireplace is not available for guest use and must remain unused during your stay.



📬 Mail & Package Deliveries

Packages may be delivered directly to the property during your stay.

• Guests should arrange to receive deliveries directly at the doorstep.

• The mailbox is reserved for the owner's use and is not accessible to guests.

• Additional fees may apply if on-site package coordination or retrieval assistance is required.



🚁 Neighborhood Noise

Because the property is located near a hospital, guests may occasionally hear distant sirens or helicopter traffic.



🚭 Strict No Smoking Policy

Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including indoor and outdoor areas.

Violation of this policy may result in:

• Immediate termination of the reservation

• A $500 additional cleaning fee



🎉 No Parties or Events

Parties, events, unauthorized gatherings, excessive noise, and disruptive behavior are not permitted.
