Er dette Hilton? Helt ok for å bo her for en natt. Internettet var tragisk(funket ikke i rommet). Fikk vondt i korsryggen pga senga og den verste frokost buffee jeg har hatt i Bali.

Suverent hotell med alt på stell
Hotellet er fantastisk, og bassenget er nydelig og rent. Jeg hadde et standard dobbeltrom, og det var strøkent. Alt var som det skulle, og personalet var veldig vennlige og behjelpelige. Frokosten var suveren, og buffeen innehold så og si alt du kan tenke deg! Shutteltransporten til flyplassen var enkel, og den går hver halvtime mellom 0530 og 0200, noe som passer helt ypperlige. Et hotell jeg virkelig vil anbefale.

Vi har kommet paa midnatt.Alt gikk bra,fra henting med egen Hotellshuttle til insjekking.Vi bode i Presidentensuite.Med 140 qm hadde vi mer en nok plass for baggasje.Alt var rent og pent.Hotell tilbyr stor frokostbuffet.Hotellet ligger bare noen minuter fra Flyplassen og tilbyr shuttlebuss.

It is in a convenient location for an overnight or short stay as it is close to the airport. The customer service was excellent and the breakfast buffet had a decent selection of food. The room was clean but the area is limited for tourist activities and the building is a bit dated. Overall the experience was satisfying for an overnight stay.

Bathroom tiles could do with some scrubbing down. folded paper was found under bed. Bathroom sink plug in/out did not function. You could hear noise from upstairs and next door. I am talking about room no.1102. Thank you.

This property is quite dated especially the hallway carpet. No mini bar, no dressing gown on any bits and pieces you would expect from the hilton.

How this is a Hilton hotel I do not know. The sheets had stains all over them and looked 20years old. The hotel is run down and our whole experience was awful. We booked 3 nights but checked out after 1 night. The reviews and star rating are completely false. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The room was right off the lobby facing the the area by the front entrance. The room was large and spacious but it was set up for a handicapped person. The really long curtains did not close so the lights from the front of the hotel shined in all night like a cars headlights. Really hard to sleep in such a bright room. Hotel staff was told to fix curtains. I felt it was the worst room in the hotel for a guest - was it because it was an Expedia booking? Probably will not book Expedia hotels again.

Location is literally across road from airport so not too much going on outside if you want a restaurant or shopping, you’ll need to cab into beach walk Kuta . But for a quick hotel before a flight to bridge the gap or on landing it’s perfect. The spa at the hotel is actually quite nice The rooms are fine and neat The carpet in the main hallways is average at best and looks a bit dirty but once your in your room it’s fine. Location PRIMO to airport. You could actually walk to the airport, but why when it’s less than a 4 min drive ! Does the job , would stay again to bridge the gap between our resort check out and a late night flight

As always I feel welcomed by the staff, who are professional, courteous and friendly. Good food within the resort. Australian people can learn about what good service is from this stay. You actually feel like you've on holiday. Not some stingey money grab from a grubby industrial area.
