«I had a very relaxing time at this property. The staff were very kind and attentive and would check up on me quite regularly about any needs I might have. I rented a scooter for the day and felt the axle was bit misaligned and expressed my concern. They immediately and rather quickly brought another one which was perfect. «Et fantastisk flott hotell. servicen var meget god og hotellfasilitetene var bra. Hotellet lå litt utenfor Hue sentrum men hotellet hadde schuttle busser som kjørte til/fra sentrum flere ganger om dagen. Alle som arbeidet der var positive og hjelpsomme. Et vidunderlig svømmebasseng. Frokosten var god med både asiatisk mat og europeisk mat.»
