«Veldig koselig og verdt pengene »

«So, I really enjoyed my stay despite being there only one night. Firstly, the staff were lovely, especially the young guy that checked me in. He walked me up to my room and let me in which is a lovely touch. The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is because unfortunately there were hairs in the bed, the sheets were stained a little (but clean) and the hand towel had holes in it. Also, the curtains were hanging down a bit, which is unfortunate as the rest of the room was great. The hot water in ...

«For solo women travellers, the area the hotel is located in is very safe for walking. Its about 10min walk from the main attractions. The hotel has 24 hrs person in the reception area and they keep the lobby locked at all times (doorbell for access). Uber does come to this location and it's cheap (about 6 sols) to go to the plaza des arms if you don't feel like walking. If you are getting tours, they were able to pick up from this area but you would have to check with the specific ...

«Great option for your stay in Cusco. Very polite and helpful staff. Room was great and spacious. The only thing we could potentially put or finger on, was that it was a bit of a hassle to maintain stable temp on the water in the shower. Other than that, everything was great. Breakfast starts 0300 to accommodate for early departure on excursions starting in Cusco. Would absolutely recommend Sonesta if youre staying in Cusco»

«Great stay and staff.»

«Utrolig hyggelig mennesker, som hjelper deg med alt»

«Sentralt, god service, god frokost. Litt harde senger. »

«Personnelles aimable et serviable, propre, bon dejeuner»

«The staff were helpful and kindly let us store our bags while we explored the city. I also appreciated having hot water and learning that it’s heated with solar energy. A few things could be improved: the shower was only about five feet tall, so I couldn’t stand comfortably underneath it, and the grout needs a deep clean because it was discolored and had mildew. I also wish the staff spoke both Spanish and English, which would make communication easier for more guests. There didn’t seem to be ...

«Transferring in Cusco, so was looking for a place close to the airport. 10 minutes by car. Safe and quiet community. Super friendly and helpful staff. Prepared me a fruit bowl and drinks since I left before the breakfast time.»

«One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Staff and accommodations were amazing. Highly recommended.»

«Great experience»

«Overall ok. However last night i had insect bites all over my arm while asleep. Don't know if they were fleas or bed bugs from the blankets. Also, we were allowed to use the kitchen, and we asked for permission before cooking. However, after we finished cooking, the host came to complain about the smell, which was a bit confusing since we had asked beforehand and were given permission to cook.»

«Personal, habitación»

«Me and my girlfriend stayed here for 6 nights. The area where the hotel is is ok, we didnt feel insecure at any time, but calculate a 20 min walk to get downtown. Back you have to walk up the last stretch witch is demanding because of the altitude. The hotel with its location has a fantastic view of the town and we spent many evenings just looking as the sun went down. The beds in our room was not good, we both had problems with our backs every day. The shower took some time to get warm and ...
