«Veldig koselig og verdt pengene »

«So, I really enjoyed my stay despite being there only one night. Firstly, the staff were lovely, especially the young guy that checked me in. He walked me up to my room and let me in which is a lovely touch. The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is because unfortunately there were hairs in the bed, the sheets were stained a little (but clean) and the hand towel had holes in it. Also, the curtains were hanging down a bit, which is unfortunate as the rest of the room was great. The hot water in ...

«For solo women travellers, the area the hotel is located in is very safe for walking. Its about 10min walk from the main attractions. The hotel has 24 hrs person in the reception area and they keep the lobby locked at all times (doorbell for access). Uber does come to this location and it's cheap (about 6 sols) to go to the plaza des arms if you don't feel like walking. If you are getting tours, they were able to pick up from this area but you would have to check with the specific ...

«Great stay and staff.»

«Great option for your stay in Cusco. Very polite and helpful staff. Room was great and spacious. The only thing we could potentially put or finger on, was that it was a bit of a hassle to maintain stable temp on the water in the shower. Other than that, everything was great. Breakfast starts 0300 to accommodate for early departure on excursions starting in Cusco. Would absolutely recommend Sonesta if youre staying in Cusco»

«Utrolig hyggelig mennesker, som hjelper deg med alt»

A few things could be improved: the shower was only about five feet tall, so I couldn’t stand comfortably underneath it, and the grout needs a deep clean because it was discolored and had mildew. I also wish the staff spoke both Spanish and English, which would make communication easier for more guests. There didn’t seem to be ...

«Personnelles aimable et serviable, propre, bon dejeuner»

«Sentralt, god service, god frokost. Litt harde senger. »

«Quiet clean room. Close walk to everything!»

«Transferring in Cusco, so was looking for a place close to the airport. 10 minutes by car. Safe and quiet community. Super friendly and helpful staff. Prepared me a fruit bowl and drinks since I left before the breakfast time.»

«Très bien situé, à 1km de la place d'armes. Très propre, équipement de la kitchenette un peu sommaire. Chauffage rudimentaire (1 seul radiateur) pouvant être un peu limite certaines nuits (appart au sous-sol à éviter). Bon petit déjeuner servi dans l'appartement. Hôtesse et personnel très à l'écoute et très gentils.»

«we stayed 2+1 nights at this gem of a hotel. Best bed comfort experience during the whole of our 5 weeks stay in various places in Peru. A little bit pricy, but worth every penny if you are looking for a good nights sleep and excellent service! Wonderful, tranquil and quite small gardens located in several secluded courtyards»

«One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Staff and accommodations were amazing. Highly recommended.»
