«Lorena was excellent! Her specific unit was clean and tidy. Fully stocked kitchen and comfortable bed and linens. The Gondola is directly outside the Lodge and the ski valet is right there as well. Highly recommend for a place to stay in Heavenly!!! »

«I am willing to pay extra for this place because it is walk in to the gondola. Except when the gondola doesn't run which seems to be about 50% of the time in my experience over the years. No biggy, in that case we have an alternative: drive to the CA main lodge ... except surprise surprise starting this year you need to reserve parking ... and of course 'on the day of' there is no more parking available ... so Heavenly says take the free shuttle bus ! Except when the gondola is closed there is ...

«The hosts were so welcoming, informative and thoughtful from the pre-arrival, to check in, to follow through during our stay. The unit was perfect for our family of 3, each bedroom was bright, comfortable and so clean. We loved the views, the patio out to the lawn and dock and the living room/kitchen/dining offered plenty of space for end of day comfort. Loved it and can't wait to return! »
