This unique stone house once belonged to a well-known family of bakers and pastry makers, and its rich history is reflected in every detail. Carefully renovated in recent years, the interior has been transformed into a welcoming guest house with three thoughtfully designed apartments, while preserving the charm and character of its past.
The thick stone walls provide a naturally cool and comfortable atmosphere during the warm summer months. The apartments are decorated in a rustic style, inspired by traditional living, creating a cozy and authentic ambiance. On the first floor, there is a studio apartment and a one-bedroom apartment, while the second floor features a spacious and comfortable apartment ideal for families or longer stays.
Apartment A1, located on the second floor, offers comfortable accommodation for up to 5 guests. It features two bedrooms and two separate bathrooms, making it ideal for families or groups. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with dishes and cutlery, a washing machine, Wi-Fi internet, air conditioning, and a private balcony with a seating area—perfect for relaxing after a day by the sea.
The nearest stone beach is only a two-minute walk away, while other beautiful pebble beaches can be reached within 10 to 15 minutes on foot. Parking is provided by the host approximately 200 meters from the property. Pets are welcome upon request, with an additional fee.
