«The apartment is comfortable and clean. The only issue is since it’s in the basement the upstairs house can be loud if guests are staying walking around. But for the most part it was calm and quiet. I had a great stay and would book again. »

«My group and I loved our stay at the Evergreen Resort!! The house is extremely spacious and provided more than enough room for everyone. We loved the hot tub and the downstairs game area. Having the washing machine and dryer upstairs and downstairs was also extremely helpful! The host was wonderful and answered all questions quickly!»

The kids loved the pool table and the adults loved the hot tub. Plenty of space for the 11 of us. Very beautiful and quiet. There were also plenty of towels and the linens were amazingly soft. «Was working in the area for a couple of weeks and rented this place. I liked it. It was quiet, nested in the middle of a countryside, away from most city noises and traffics. The hosts were easy to communicate and were easy to reach if I had any questions. I was not trying to do much cooking, so a chef's kitchen wasn't mandatory for me, but your plans may differ. All in all, I'd stay here again if the availability and work timing would coincide again»

«This property was an incredible find. Clean, cozy, quiet, and beautifully furnished. All the plants made it feel like home. This was the perfect place to call “home” while I was doing some work at the hospital only a few blocks away. It is nicely tucked in a quiet family neighborhood walking distance from parks and restaurants. Antony was a very responsive gracious host who answered any question I had in a timely manner.
