«At first, we thought the rooms were decent but when when the cleaning staff realizes you're staying longer, all they do is make the bed real quick don't clean the sheets the towels smell like crap they don't vacuum it was bare minimum and for everybody to realize there is no check-in. It's all done virtually. In other words there's no one to complain to. There's no one to ask for more towels There's no one to do anything. It's kind of ridiculous. Probably won't stay there again.»

«The BEST place we’ve ever stayed!! Every room was spotless and so cozy! There was so much space for our family and so many things for kids to do.
