«The people working in the property were very friendly! They helped us check in early and met all the needs we needed. Only issue is that the gate would not open when trying to enter the property. And the room was a bit hot even with AC. »

«The property was great but what is absolutely incredible is Guillermo, the property manager. I have never in my life met someone so genuine and ready to help with every single thing, big or small. Not only did he help with the menial tasks of rebooting the wireless router but he also drove and waited for me at the emergency room when an injury needed attention. A true life angel. «We had a group of 10 people traveling to La Fortuna in late April. This property is the absolute best of both worlds. The house has one master suite with a spacious bath on the top floor with views of the Arenal volcano on a clear day. The second floor has three bedrooms with a shared bath. The main floor is spacious and opens up to an outside porch which is perfect for sitting and enjoying the monkeys, toucans and butterflies. «We stayed here from 5/17/24 - 5/22/24. We were 8 adults total. The house is very nice. It was very warm when we first arrived. Only the bedrooms are air conditioned. We found out quickly if you open the bedroom doors it helps to cool the rest of the house. The house was well equipped with kitchen items and we were able to cook a few meals. «We wished we had stayed longer. This is a wonderful property, well maintained and the owners are close by. The back yard is beautifully landscaped and offers a full view of the volcano covered deck area and a small pool to cool off in. Beds are comfortable and the house offers everything you could need. La Fortuna is a hidden gem. I have been to CR over 40 times and never made it here. Great restaurants and activities and a wonderful place to relax when the day is over. Highly recomended.»
