«I stayed twice in the course of 3 weeks at the Kapok hotel. Loved it so much we had to come back. It's a beautiful property with nice rooms and a great pool. Amazing restaurants. And the staff were so friendly - especially at the front desk and at breakfast. The area is safe with tons of shopping and dining options. Very walkable and right near Queens Park Savannah and the Botanical Gardens. I will definitely be back.»

«This beautiful property is located minutes awayfrom the airport, and it is really nice! The hosts are very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to assist us. The room was spacious, clean, pleasant an fresh, with quiet and efficient aircon. A spacious bathroom with a nice spacious shower was greatly appreciated. The pool is wonderful. The self service breakfast was convenient and nice. We stayed two days and would be happy to have stayed longer!»

«Arrived early (7am) and got room on arrival. Very friendly host and breakfast was as expected. Upon departure, the host drove us to the airport. All in all, a perfect stay and I can give my recommendations.»

«This used to be a good hotel years back when it was Crowne Plaze, but those were the days! Now the hotel is worn and the service poor. I have been staying in many hotels around the world during this pandemic and that will not be their excuse. Twice they forgot to bring my food to my room. There was no way to pick it up myself. Had to sleep hungry that night!»
