«I made a few request via the app and none were responded to. Check-in was exceptionally long, got in the room late even though I came early and nobody to take our bags upstairs. Terrible! The lobby was full of people waiting to get checked in at 3pm. Heard some didnt get in until 4pm. The staff seemed to be doing their best but clearly it wasn't managed properly.
The pool should have more signage to indicate it's dept from early. A pool with an 8ft end, with no life guard is not safe.

«The entire experience was wonderful with extremely helpful staff who were
friendly and knowledgeable. With access to nearby transportation which was
convenient for traveling to most locations and with great shopping especially
the mall and bank within walking distance made staying at the hotel a pleasure.

«This place is where people pay nightly to come with women or men. It’s a motel. They have a $300 TT pass for the day and the building was terrible the facility the whole surround in everything is terrible is degrading. I believe that Expedia shall not entertain the Alecia‘s palace anymore. It’s false advertisement. It’s not up to the standard at least for me. «The staff was very pleasant, that's the only positive. This hotel should be totally demolish and rebuild. The rooms are outdated, the walls were so thin and the cieling being high made it seem the guest in the other rooms were talking to you. There was a event close by, were when the music was playing it was vibrating the whole room..many of the guest had to vacate that day as it was too much to deal. The hotel did not inform guests of the disturbance prior to booking.»
