«My stay at the Kapok was perfect. I was greeted with warmth by the staff, the room was equipped with all the necessary amenities including two bottles of water and my bed was comfortable. Parking was ideal and breakfast was delicious. The one thing I’d ask for is a better local rate and another stay. I’d certainly recommend this hotel and I’ll definitely be back. »

«This used to be a good hotel years back when it was Crowne Plaze, but those were the days!
Now the hotel is worn and the service poor. I have been staying in many hotels around the world during this pandemic and that will not be their excuse. Twice they forgot to bring my food to my room. There was no way to pick it up myself. Had to sleep hungry that night!»

«This beautiful property is located minutes awayfrom the airport, and it is really nice! The hosts are very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to assist us.
The room was spacious, clean, pleasant an fresh, with quiet and efficient aircon. A spacious bathroom with a nice spacious shower was greatly appreciated. The pool is wonderful. The self service breakfast was convenient and nice. We stayed two days and would be happy to have stayed longer!»
