Litt utenfor sentrum. Avhengig av bil/taxi om en vil til Trier sentrum. Men ellers rent, rolig og pent. Store og gode rom. Effektiv innsjekk og utsjekk. Anbefales.

Mangler AC noe som gir utfordringer på rommet ifm opphold på sommeren. Vi hadde 25-38C under oppholdet og over 30C inne på rommet. Ingen mulighet til å få senket temperaturen på rommet. Fikk låne en liten bordvifte av hotellet. Ikke glass eller kjøleskap/minibar grunnet Corona. Fikk ikke rengjort rommet oftere enn hver fjerde dag grunnet Corona. Samtidig hadde de buffet til frokost der smittevernet ikke var ivaretatt. De ansatte yter meget god service men begrenset hva de klarer å få til med restriksjoner.

Modern hotel
Very nice place. We were there in the middle of a heatwave and the rooms were VERY warm. Bed comfy, great shower. Breakfast was good, but did not refill pancakes at 0845 ( breakfast until 1000) When They asked us about breakfast I said no first because our kids dont eat much so it doesent makes sense paying for them. Tjey said they Could eat for free, but it ended up on our invoice. I printed it out, and got some info about their policy regarding free breakfast, but they did remove it but I walked out of there with a semi bitter tasted in my mouth.

Veldig bra hotell til god pris
Vi bruker dette hotellet jevnlig, på gjennomreise til Nice. Veldig fornøyd med hotellet på nesten alle områder, bare et minus; ingen matservering etter kl 22:00.

Okay hotel with plugging parking
Hotel was quite nice. It tried a little too hard to be hip, but the minimalistic style at least makes it easy to see that it was clean. Bathroom was nice, but the shower solution a lot of hotels use, with 3/4 cover means that if you're not careful, you'll flood the floor (Wich my GF did). Luckily it was not too hot, so we didn't miss the non existent a/c. All in all good hotel for the price and short stay. Don't think I would use it for longer stays. Big bonus and extra star for charging stations for both Tesla and my VW GTE plug-in.

flott hotell!
flott hotell, mye for pengene! eneste negative var ingen aircon + en del støy fra veien. også et lite stykke til sentrum! men utmerket service, alt ser nytt og pent ut! kanskje beste rommet vi har hatt på hotell i tyskland!

Nydelig hotell og fantastisk hyggelig betjening. Det er et stykke å gå inn til sentrum, men fint å gå langs elva.

Einfaches Hotel, welches wohl von vielen Reisegruppen verwendet wird. Nicht genügend Parkplätze vorhanden. Einfache und stellenweise abgenutzte Einrichtung. Nicht sehr gepflegtes Ambiente. Altmodisches Schlüsselsystem (keine elektronischen Schlösser).

Wir hatten eine Familiensuite gebucht. Für einen 3-tägigen Aufenthalt (2 Erw. mit Hund) zahlten wir 353 Euro. Dafür bekamen wir ein Zimmer direkt ggü. dem Fahrstuhl. In der 2. Etage mit halbem Moselblick, halbem Edeka-Blick. Zunächst die positiven Dinge: das Zimmer war geräumig und das Bad halbwegs modern mit nur kleineren Macken. Nun zu den Dingen, die wir nicht mochten: es gab keinen 2. Zimmerschlüssel, keine Card, das ganze Zimmer war mit ollem Teppich ausgelegt, dem man die Jahre ansah. Der wurde mit Hund bei Regenwetter auch nicht schöner im Laufe des Aufenthaltes... aber das wäre kein Problem, denn in einem Hotel sollte es ja einen täglichen Zimmerservice geben. Trotz aufgehängtem Serviceschild (2x) kam kein Zimmerservice. Der Teppich blieb dreckig, die Betten ungemacht. Es gab kein Telefon, keinen Kühlschrank. Es gab keine Kaffeemaschine, nur einen Wasserkocher mit 2xKaffee, keinem Tee. Einmal Wasser p.P. war vorhanden. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht probiert. Im Ganzen empfehlen wir das Hotel nicht weiter. Ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmte überhaupt nicht.

Complessivamente una buona struttura. Il parcheggio potrebbe essere gratuito considerando che è all'aperto, non costudito e distante dall'ingresso dela struttura. Suggerisco di sostituire l'ascensore che non ha un'aspetto allo stesso livello della struttura.

This morning the reception was empty tried to call someone but nobody was there so I had to leave the keys at the empty desk I’m a return guest this has never been the case before The executive room does not correspond to the minimum of the 4* hotel

Bad internet in some rooms
I've booked an executive room just to have better internet as internet is not good on superior room, I'm a return guest and I'm amazed that the room (311) furniture is not as usual no place to put the luguage etc... the equipement og the room is not corresponding to the executive rooms staff has also changed not for the better, there's no 24 hrs reception available and unfortunatly now even for business trips you have to pay city taxe in Trier
