«We were a party of 4 and I had reserved a room with a bedroom & a pull out couch that was separate. We were given a room with 2 queen beds. When I inquired st the front desk I was told I had requested a queen bed only & a kitchenette - not true and my confirmation says suite with pullout couch. I had made the reservation months in advance with no changes by me - all my reservations on our month long holiday were suites. I paid for a suite but was given a double queen room. I was not impressed ...

«No frills room that would have been fine had it not been for the heat. The room got very muggy, and the air condition was extremely loud so sleeping was not possible either way. There was also a big problem with small flies in the bathroom - they seem to get in even with the window closed. They only live a day and would die at night, but the mounds of them around the sink and bath wasn't very appealing.»

«The owners and staff were welcoming and kind. Lovely property on the river. Several areas to sit etc. a bit outdated especially the pool but it was clean. No wifi was provided. No coffee maker in room. Also it would be nice to have beverages available like water on site. Some noise as my room was by the stairs. I’d get another one next time. All in all I had a relaxing time and will return.»

«The room was clean but there was a very damp and musty smell. We had to open the windows and turn the heat to try to counteract it. The view was very beautiful of the river and lots of fish jumping.»
