«Pictures are very accurate. Proximity to springs is what we went for and it did not disappoint. The outdoor shower was nice. but the water smelled pretty bad so be sure to bring bottle water to drink. The porches were so great; spacious and very well built. We will visit again!»

«We loved our stay! The only thing we found misleading was the pictures of the property grounds. We were under the impression that the pond/spring and playground were in fact on property grounds, however they were not. It was a park nearby and it happened to be closed for hunting season. The house had a ton of security lights which was nice seeing as it gets dark fairly early. The property itself was large enough for the kids and dogs to play outside. It is off a nice and quiet road. «In Gainesville, it’s easy to find yourself trying to sleep in a loud neighborhood. A safe, quiet neighborhood is essential for a family or anyone with children. I had a very minor maintenance issue that wasn’t something the host could have anticipated. I sent a message before leaving for work and it was resolved before I reached from work. The game room is great. There is nothing to complain about and everything to rave about! A true pleasure to stay here. »
