«OK, this is highly biased, but we love this place and the couple who operate it; we returned this year after staying here in 2018. It was like coming home. There's a real personal touch and relationship with Rudy and Taziana that make your stay special. The rooms are great, and the food is amazing. You are away from tourism in Roncone and in real Italy. Not the easiest place to get to, but well worth it! This is the place to stay!»

«Everything about Chalet Chapeau R. a R. was wonderful. Both Marco and Stefano were great hosts and very welcoming. The room was very clean and the spa was amazing! We had fabulous breakfasts both days and the pasta Stefano cooked was delicious. The place was very relaxing and a perfect place to explore different hiking trails.»

«Veldig bra service. Koselig sted.

«Nice room, friendly staff»

«+ Bra standard. Nye leiligheter som var tipp topp. Veldig rent å i orden - ikke terrasse, Vanskelig å stille inn varmtvann i dusjen( glovarmt å iskaldt. (Feilkobling?)

«They said the reception would be open until 19.00. When we tried to get bedsheets for the third bed the staff were nowhere to be found. During check in they needed ID, instead of saying that everyone needed to show theirs, they told us one by one that we needed to bring our passports, when apperently ID was good enough. This made our chek-in prosess extreamely lengthy. Furthermore the prossess to park our car was a hassle, and the information they gave us was wrong. On the other hand, the beds ...

«Nice place. Well recommended.»

«Tutto perfetto»

God service. »

«Excellent customer service, prime location, and good breakfast. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.»

Litt slitt men ok. »
