«Victorian duplex in a convenient location. Beautiful floors and original (steep) staircase. Needed some basic upkeep but that’s not that big of a deal. Cleanliness was just ok. The issue is when the listing reads two bathrooms with a shower in each, yet there is only one tiny shower, that was very disappointing. Sent a message and the response was that it’s listed correctly. And then asked if there was something that they could do… not sure how to respond to that. Nothing that can be done. And ...

«We stayed here for a couple of days during a road trip and had a great experience! Perfect location to walk to downtown Traverse City. Clean and had everything we needed. The kids loved staying in the bunk beds and the washer/dryer was a huge bonus! We would stay here again. »

«I have never experienced staying in a VRBO where every detail was given to you. Before checking in I was sent an information page with detailed information about the unit. It even had a video of how to use the small appliances. The owner was extremely responsive. The area is very walkable with several places close by. Downtown is a bit of a walk but very doable. The unit was clean and well supplied.»

«Pet friendly place, with a great little lake. Perfect for a relaxing summer evening.»

«The cabin was clean and was very close to Interlochen. The only downfall was the road construction at the time.»

«Beautiful surroundings, saw many deer in the backyard! Quiet, relaxing, peaceful. Would have been even better with a king-size bed and comfy mattress. Host was excellent!»

«What a great spot to visit the Traverse City area. From this location you can head west to the dunes, north up Mission Peninsula or just walk into downtown. The condo was very clean and ready for us to arrive. We spent our evenings on the rooftop patio enjoying the view. Thank you Archie and Vince»

«An adorable little home Very tidy and well appointed.»

«It was a beautiful townhouse, close to downtown in the beach.»

«We absolutely loved our stay here! Carley’s place was spacious, very clean, and just so nice. There were even fresh flowers! There was awesome communication from her and we had everything and more than we needed due to her rocking host qualities. The view is beautiful and the location is unbeatable and walkable to everything fun. We would love to stay here again, it is an awesome, awesome place to call home for an Elk Rapids trip.»

«So relaxing and peaceful. The little babbling brook in back by the firepit was perfect.»
