«The hotel has no front desk. You were supposed to recieve a code to the door of your room on a sms prior to check in, but we did not recieve any. This service does not work if you have a foreign phone number. Ended up standing out in the cold for one hour before We recived a code»

«Clean and comfortable room, maybe a little on the small side but the balcony made up for the interior size. Toiletries were a bit subpar considering this is a spa hotel and there was no microwave which we didn't realize upon booking. The breakfast wraps were a terrific suprise!! We would definitely stay here again!»

«Room was maybe adequate for one night stay, Room seemed clean overall, but mattresses were sunken in and old, not great. We did not spend much time in the room or the property - definitely there for the outdoor fall colors and hiking and scenic drives this time of year. Don’t bother with the hot tub - not well maintained and smelled off when we checked it out. Continental breakfast was basic but ok - I don’t think we’d stay here again.»

«Beautiful property. The staff is super-friendly and warm. We were not prepared for a mini-workout we would get by staying on the top (3rd floor), as there is not an elevator. We enjoyed the sauna and spa.»
