I was book in on 14/02/2024 when I arrived note on office door to go to gaming room went to gaming room I was told i can not get into my room until 2pm this was 7mins to go till 2pm. five mins past two manger came out and said give me two mins to get the computer up and running in between she had to go and fix a poke machine I got into my room it was 2.30pm what happened to 2pm??

This property was way better than expected. I had my own lock up garage, the room was lovely and clean and definitely spacious. I enjoyed my meal at the pub. Would definitely stay there again.

This is a motel not a hotel. The after hours check in process could improve on customer service. The room was in disrepair and outdated however the room was very clean with fresh, bright linen. The toiletries provided were great. There is no hair dryer though. Close by to major shopping centre and easy bus service at the front door.

Very good value for money. Place very secure and quiet. Most friendly and helpful staff. Close to shops and to other places I went to. Room could have done with more furniture though.

We booked there because we thought motel was attached and part of hotel complex. Distance between was an issue.

Lovely stay, exceeded expectations. Obviously an older building. Great food, wonderful customer service! Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Very clean. Breakfast pack supplied at check in great idea!

The property was very secure with a pass operated gate. It was good to have a manned book in office. Solid and functional. The taps were tight and needed reseating and one bedside wall bench was removed. Garden area was a bit dusty.
