Ok basseng. Generelt renhold kunne vært bedre. Kjøkkenkrok på rom kunne vært bedre utformet, mangler skuffer og vask. Bad trenger modernisering.

A great little motel. My challenge is that they knew how many people were staying but only had half the blankets in the room. The staff were good when I dealt with them. I hope it was a slight hiccup in service

It is super close to the city. Has outdated bathroom and a shower from 1960. The bed was comfy. The staff were nice. It’s not worth $400 a night

As a repeat customer, I was pleasantly surprised by the large upstairs room which was clean and quiet. The staff were responsive and had convenient options for my late check in/early check out needs.

Great hotel
Nice cheap economic hotel. Nice pool a bit deceptive say 1.1 meter deep when maybe 1.5 and 2 m mark maybe 3 metres but great deep pool. Easy walk to town except for the extreme heat

Hi Kevin.Glad you enjoyed the property, especially the pool, not much i can do about the heat though. Just a note on the pool- there is a second depth marker on the next pole down indicating 2.1mtrs.

Awesome location. Walkable to shops and eateries. Parking can be a little tight sometimes. Friendly staff. But internet is really bad, its weak and doesnt really work. Only about 5 channels of tv. I didnt use the pool. Comfortable beds. Limited milk, just basic coffee sachets. No biscuits. Could be a bit more generous with welcome pack.

I was initially impressed when seeing the images in the website, I little shocked that the apartments were not as seemed in the photos Clean, however tired, curtains looked as though made with felt by a child and included the holes in them, certainly not impressed and they felt and looked dirty. No manager on site at nite to me is a big thing especially when there is trouble or rowdy behaviour at the complex This is a big must sorry won’t be back

HI Blair. Sorry we didnt meet your expectations on this visit. We are currently going through room by room and washing/replacing the curtains.Just to clarify- reception is open between 9am and 8pm, however i do live on site and am available 24/7 should our after-hours call team deem it necessary to wake me up throughout the night, simply just a phone call to our normal number for noise complaints or other major issues.

Relaxing Getaway
Booking in process efficient, staff helpful and friendly, repairs to a dripping shower tap repaired to satisfaction both for my time and convenience. Geographically placed so it was a pleasurable walk to the Mall, where there is an abundance of delightful coffee places and some shopping. Quiet and safe to stay

Quite disappointing really, couldn't check in early & our room wasn't even ready 1 hour after check in time. Room looked nothing alike the one we booked online. Definitely would never stay there again

Very disappointed with the visit. The room, beds, and everything in the room are old. Totally not as described or shown as in the website. It was very noisy too. Will not visit again.

Shower was dirty and the drain was blocked. There was Mould growing in the grout of the shower and the screens were growing with soap scum. The bed was terrible. The mattress was not even flat anymore and was dipping in the middle. Would not stay there again

This place a neglected mess. Online photos are not an accurate reflection of this place. Noise from other guests and the noisy plumbing kept us awake include showers at 4am in the morning! Dark rooms from only block out curtains, no privacy if opened. One curtain was nailed to the door frame! Dirty ledges and filthy shower screen. Stained basin. Restaurant closed during COVID and has never opened Saw a member of staff once when we checked in but never again. I could go on but frankly the place is not worth the effort!

We loved the parking and location. Nice pool area also. We were very glad there was a spare single bed because there’s no way two of us could have slept in the bouncy castle that was the queen bed. Guys it’s time to update the mattresses, the tv’s (we couldn’t even read the remote buttons) and the shower screens are a disgrace. The room was dark because the only curtain we could open that would still allow privacy was screwed to the walk. Perhaps put up some sheer curtains so that the main drapes can be opened whilst retaining some privacy.
