They do turn off the music at 11pm as that is hotel policy.Apologies that it was hard to find the entrance. You are correct the hotel does not have a gymnasium, however this is noted on our website. I am sorry that the hotel did not meet your expectations.The hotel is currently refurbishing a variety of rooms that will include new air conditioning, paint, flooring and many other changes. We acknowledge there is an ant problem at the property and in Townsville as general due to the climate. Our pest control company are sourcing ways to minimise this.
