«It was a very wonderful stay that place was very very clean and the beds were comfortable. Would stay there again!»

«The property was fine and had the amenities described; however, a number of cleanliness items took away from the experience. For example, potato chips on front entrance foyer; dishwasher door dirt on outside and inside; toothpaste on the ensuite sink; hairs hanging from the ensuite shower head; chair/couch dirty; cold air intake in family room/kitchen had dirt and/or mold on it; coffee maker not usable due to dirt and/or mold; rolled up decorative towel in ensuite had particles on it that ...

«the check-in process is clear and easy to follow, and the property is clean and well-stocked, with toiletries, towels, and supplies for coffee and tea. the furniture is comfortable, and both wifi and roku tv are provided. hosts are kind and communicative. the location is super convenient: there is a plaza nearby with a grocery store, bank, lcbo, gas station, etc. and the hosts provide a list of nearby restaurants and takeaway locations.»

«Great place. Convenient and close to downtown. Comfortable. I had a problem with the dishwasher and the manager responded right away. My only comment (and it's somewhat trivial) is the bedding needs to fit the bed.»

«There was no parking available. There was a clicking sound coming from one of the electrical switches. I could hear people talking from the floor above me.»

«Karolina was a fantastic host from start to finish. She's super responsive and any issue I had was resolved the same day. The neighborhood itself is quiet for the most part. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a comfortable stay with a host who looks out for her guests.»

«Beautiful and convenient- we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go easily. Would stay there again.»

«This is an impeccably maintained home. I really enjoyed the backyard patio and dining area and took full advantage of it with such nice weather. I love the fact that I don't have to keep track of a key. Kitchen is well stocked with staples and plenty of dishes, utensils and cookware. Coffee filters and coffee availability was a big plus. Don't know if that was left by a previous customer or the owner but it sure did help.»

«Here’s a polished version of your review that keeps it fair and balanced:The house served its purpose well for our two families and had plenty of space for everyone. Overall, it was reasonably clean, although there were a few areas that didn’t meet the level of cleanliness I was expecting. The location is right in downtown, so be aware that the surrounding neighborhood can feel a bit rougher than other areas. During check-in, I wasn’t completely sure how safe I felt at first, but I didn’t ...

«Clean property in residential area. Owner is a good communicator. Was a bit cumbersome bringing in personal effects as door to apartment is directly behind the main door and has an auto-closer….so it made the move in a bit more challenging. AND if that is the only “issue” then I consider myself lucky. It was a pleasant stay.»

«I stayed for one night because I had a event in Waterloo and the host was really communicative, the house was perfect for my group and very clean»

«The property was beautiful and comfortable, in a great location. The host was extremely helpful, friendly, and charming. He went out of his way to make our stay perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed it.»
