The Bear’s Den Mountain Lodge offers high end, luxury cabin vacationing. This Private 3600+ sq ft custom built cabin features incredibly unique mountain views as well as 4 Bedrooms (2 Master Suites) + Private Studio, a fully stocked kitchen which opens to dining and living areas, New Game Room, community Pool and sleeps a total of 12 guests. It is conveniently set just off HWY 321, 10 minutes from the Park entrance and Cades Cove and only 30 minutes to Pigeon Forge and all its attractions. The Bear's Den sits atop Bear Den Road, built within the prestigious Laurel Valley gated community and golf course. Seated at the top of this secluded 5 acre lot you will only be able to hear the sounds of nature. Critical Guest Policies (Red Tape)- All guests must be 25+ (those younger with parents are allowed) - 12 Guest Max - Can accommodate 8-10 vehicles in parking area near cabin - No Pets of any kind please - We provide a starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, lotion, and makeup remover. You may need to buy more. We do provide firewood for the fire pit and fireplace as well as propane for the upper deck grill. We also provide propane for the whole house generator. No worries if power goes out, your entertainment and fun continues uninterrupted. You will likely see and hear critters, this is in the middle of the smoky mountains :) Bears are dangerous, be aware of surroundings when outside. Bears and other animals also consider the forest their home! The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Guests under 25 can use tub with adult supervision! Use the hot tub at your own risk. All guests should be aware at all times on the decks. Children should be accompanied by an adult while on the decks. We do not offer refunds for weather, the cabin comes ready to entertain in sun, rain, snow, etc. Please refrain from sneaking pets of any kind into the cabin, you will be charged an additional $200 / pet deep cleaning fee and you will be asked to leave. Guest access: Enjoy hassle-free and contactless check in with directions and your own custom door key codes LOCKS on all Bathroom and Bedroom doors. GARAGE - is unavailable for vehicle parking. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. ★ HOT TUB We drain and thoroughly cleaned the Hot Tub after every stay and then refill with fresh water and test for proper chemical balance. ★ NO SMOKING INSIDE OR ON THE PREMISES Please refrain from smoking inside the home or on the premises! Any smoking evidence will result in additional fees due to payment for Oder removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning. ★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
