«We recently stayed at Sweet Haven while looking for a house to purchase in the Maryville area. It was the perfect location. Everything was just as you would expect in a VRBO, clean, very comfortable beds in wonderfully large bedrooms, well appointed kitchen. The front porch was my favorite place. Communication with the host was seamless and we would definitely stay here in the future.»

«Every room was clean and spacious. The lighting was a little poor the upstairs bathroom. Light switches hard to find for some lights. The cabin itself was great with lots of room and very comfortable. The outdoor space could use some work but we weren’t there long enough during the day to actually use the outdoor area. Overall the cabin was great.»

«I had a great stay, Doug and Cathy are wonderful hosts. The only drawback for Toad Hill is the bathroom may be uncomfortable for large guests, it's pretty tight quarters in there. Other than that, I really enjoyed the views, and the breezeway and patio. It's convenient to things in Knoxville, Alcoa, Northshore and the airport.»
