"Had a wonderful annual holiday with friends. If we weren’t hoping to add another couple next year we would book same again but we need a second shower with more people. The house is spacious and homey and kitchen had everything we needed to cook fish all week. Docks are well maintained and porch and fire pit area were well- enjoyed. We even took the kayak and paddle board for a spin. It was really hard to leave!"

"I was a little concerned with it being a new listing at first, but very happy with our decision. Starting after booking, the hosts / owners were happy to answer any questions and help us prepare for the trip even before we arrived. Jimmy was helpful in getting us, gear, and the rental boat to the island when we arrived at Moccasin Point where we left our vehicle. Arriving we found a beautiful island with a woodland feel.
