Very cozy equipped with a completely private spa and sauna for your privacy. Comfort is optimal with air conditioning. Located in the heart of the Pont des Demoiselles district, near the Canal du Midi and 6 minutes from the city center. The accommodation: Welcome to this 56m² loft where everything is designed for a complete change of scenery during a timeless moment: - Indoor Jacuzzi for added comfort - Infrared sauna with chromotherapy - Private garden - King-size bamboo four-poster bed (180x200) - Towels and bathrobes for added comfort - Shower gel/ Shampoo/Soap/Hairdryer - Egyptian cotton satin sheets - Fully equipped kitchen - Nespresso machine/Kettle/Toaster - Complimentary bottle of wine (red/dry or sweet white) or soda of your choice - A few coffee capsules, tea and herbal tea bags, and sweets are provided for your welcome! No guests or family allowed in the accommodation. Loft designed for a maximum of 2 people. As the property is rented and occupied daily, for our efficient organization, arrivals are from 6:00 PM at the earliest and departures are by 11:00 AM at the latest. If you wish to extend these hours (earlier arrival or later departure, please contact us). Guest access: The loft is rented in its entirety; you have private access to the 57m² interior and the 40m² private courtyard. Arrival is self-check-in via a private gate!
