A large family holiday home in the heart of the Lauragais region, with a swimming pool and exceptional views of the Pyrenees! 23km southeast of Toulouse's historic center Nestled within an organic farm near the village of Lanta, enjoy a remarkable natural setting between the Lauragais plains and the Pyrenees mountain range. This spacious semi-detached cottage combines comfort, tranquility, and family fun. Its magnificent wooded grounds with centuries-old trees, shaded pathways, and striking Roman amphitheater lend it a unique charm. The shared swimming pool for the two cottages offers spectacular views of the Pyrenees, while the large private terrace is perfect for al fresco dining. Children will love the play structure, slide, and playhouse designed just for them. Inside: on the ground floor, entrance hall, living room, kitchen, separate WC, and laundry area. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms offering six beds (one double bed 140cm, two single beds 90cm, one queen-size bed 160cm, and one single bed 90cm plus a pull-out bed 90cm), a bathroom, a shower room, and a separate toilet. Gas central heating. The swimming pool: in-ground, 12 x 4 m, shared with the occupants of the second gîte, and open from June to September, weather permitting.
