«Cute and stylish cottage (we were in the Milking Parlour), easy to find and good location. Cosy for a few days for a couple but the outside space a bit disappointing. Inside the cottage is pretty much exactly as per the photos. It's stylish and cleverly designed for multi-functional self-catering. Even has a dishwasher! Some tea, coffee beans, sugar, milk and olive oil kindly provided. The smart home features for air-con, heating, radio etc take getting used to but are effective. Could do with ...

«Lovely place but dreadful if you need to communicate while on vacation. We found some very dirty kitchen items and many broken this & that's. Kitchen lamp not working, bedside light buzzing all night, showers need descaling as do not work properly. Etc ..... could do with a proper check over and upgrade. Also, please don't say you have wifi in here on your advert .... it is intermittent at best so be honest and your customers may not feel cheated into choice as we do .....»

«Second time at the Summer House. The best indicator i can give is i read 2 books. The location near to Lyndhurst and to Lymington is perfect for reducing travelling. Never realised how close we were to Beaulieu and Bournemouth. A day at Beaulieu wasn't long enough so a return is on the books. Travelling to Bournemouth and other seaside places is a waste of the tranquility of the stay. Walking the New Forest, on the doorstep is a dream. We will return in a heart. Alan»

It is situated across the road from a lovely park and duck pond, in a very quiet area. The perfect property for complete rest and relaxation. «It is exactly as the description says. Great place for multi generational family gathering. Games room packed with toys kept 4 year old entertained as did the table tennis for the teenagers. Walking distance to shops and beach. Well equipped with plenty of everything. Highly recommend»

«Anne and Ral are wonderful hosts. We were welcomed with a decadent gift of homemade cakes and a bottle of Prosecco. The location is secluded and magical- great walks from the cottages. We saw a white buck at the front gate.»

«Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit hier. Das Ferienhaus war viel größer als erwartet, auch wenn einige Sachen etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind, hat es uns nicht weiter gestört. Es gibt viel zu sehen in der Umgebung, meist mit Auto, aber man kann auch schön wandern durch das Naturschutzgebiete.»

«The cottage is ideally located, only a short 5-10 minute drive to the coast and is on its own in a private part of the retreat. The enclosed garden is perfect if you have a dog with you and would be a lovely space to enjoy in the spring / summer. The kitchen had everything you could need and the bedrooms are light and airy, although little things like making sure there is salt in the salt grinder would be appreciated. Thoughts where the cottage could benefit: adding a mirror in the bedrooms ...
