Villa Croma is an elegant and welcoming three-story townhouse which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps 16 people. From Villa Croma you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the sea at a distance. Villa Croma is 270 square meters (2900 square feet). It features two private swimming pools and a private Jacuzzi pool, private terraces, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from the center of Tortora Marina, where you will find restaurants, shops and the beach. You will reach Villa Croma from the parking area going up approximately three stairway steps.
To stay at Villa Croma you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space. Swimming Pool 1
The swimming pool is 3.5 meters (11 feet) large by 6.5 meter (21 feet) long, 1.6 meters (5.2 feet) deep. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.

Swimming Pool 2
The above-ground swimming pool is 3 meters (10 feet) large by 5 meters (16 feet) long, 1.2 meters (4 feet) deep. It is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.
Patio 1
The first patio is 80 square meters (860 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a roof. It is equipped with a sofa and armchairs and with a table, chairs, sun loungers, a gazebo and a swing. From the patio you will enjoy a characteristic view of the greenery.
Patio 2
The patio is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and a gazebo. In the patio you will be able to have fun with a football table. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. Here you will find a fitness area equipped with an exercise bike, a cross trainer and a treadmill. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside.
Ground FloorLiving Room 1
The furnishings of the living room are elegant and welcoming. The furnishings include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. The two dining tables can accommodate 16 guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through two French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). An additional twin bed (80 cm/32 inches) is available (if requested in advance) to make it a triple room. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has three small high windows. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Here you will also find a safe and a mini refrigerator. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

The terrace is 70 square meters (750 square feet) large. It features an above-ground Jacuzzi pool with hydromassage. The Jacuzzi pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of October. It is partly shaded by a roof. The terrace is equipped with a small sofa and two armchairs, as well as with a table, chairs and two sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a splendid view of the greenery and of the other buildings and of the sea at a distance.
