The recently fully renovated villa features air conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dryer, and a separate workspace. The very spacious, fully equipped kitchen gives you complete freedom to cook during your stay.



Outside, you will find a private 8x4 meter pool with an electrolysis system, so you do not have to deal with chlorine. The property has 2 private terraces, one with a large sunshade for shade, and 2 private balconies where you can enjoy panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea. The large sun terrace around the pool offers plenty of space to relax. A barbecue is available for outdoor dining with a sea view.



Street parking is possible at the property. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the surroundings and the beaches. Parties and events are not allowed.



The villa is located in the quiet Balcones de Peñoncillo, just 1 km from the beach. Here you enjoy peace and quiet, while still being close to various activities. In summer, there are opportunities for padel, water sports, and events in the region. There is construction work taking place in the wider neighborhood, but this does not affect the immediate area around the property, so your stay remains peaceful.
