"We liked the place and the room overall. It is clean, the location is very good, you can tell it's a new place. The pool is very small and always crowded but it's not a problem when you have the massive sea in the walking distance.
HOWEVER, there are two major issue with the AC.
The first and the biggest is that the AC turns itself off overnight. The first morning we woke up to a very warm and humid room. The sleep was very uncomfortable. I spoke to them and they said this is by design and it's a part of their "smart" hotel. But I don't find it very smart if we have to wake up 2-3 times with alarms every night just to turn the AC back on. Valencia is not a place you could sleep in a small room without AC. The hotel couldn't help.
The second issue is the noise the AC system makes. At first it sounded like a phone vibrating every 5 minutes, and took me a day to realize it was actually the AC working, making that sound. very annoying and uncomfortable."
