«Armando was amongst the best when it came to rapid response! Excellent service. The location was close to the ruins, several great restaurants and shopping. We highly recommend GAMBERO ROSSA RESTAURANT right across the street for dinner, great prices and LAVICA BISTROT on the corner of piazza for breakfast, ask for David! Nice location. Majestic Palace Hotel

"I have travelled extensively and stayed at many hotels, but I can honestly say that I have never experienced hospitality and genuine care quite like this. From the very first day, before my accident, the service at Majestic Palace was outstanding. The hotel is beautiful, the food is excellent, the facilities are great, and the rooftop bar is a wonderful place to watch the sunset. Unfortunately, I fractured my ankle during my stay. Being injured far from home was frightening, and after a very difficult experience at the hospital, returning to the hotel was an enormous relief. The entire team went above and beyond to help me. They carried me up the entrance stairs, helped me get around and constantly made sure I felt safe and comfortable. Even the husband of one of the staff members came to fix my room door so it wouldn't automatically close, simply to make things easier for me. I will never forget that. I later noticed the hotel's motto: “LET US TAKE CARE OF YOU.” And I can honestly say that this is not just a slogan – they truly live by it. The kindness felt completely genuine and human, not simply like good customer service. My early flight meant I couldn't say a proper goodbye, which I was very sad about. I would have loved to give them all a big hug. I very much hope to return to beautiful Sorrento.Thank you from the bottom of my heart to Loredana and the entire team. You are what makes this hotel truly exceptional. Five stars without hesitation!"

"Hotellet var aldeles nydelig! Flott rom med balkong med delvis utsikt. Veldig bra frokost og utrolig deilig å bare kunne ligge på piren og sole seg. Alltid god plass og veldig vennlig personale. Kun et par min å gå til sentrum. Vi kommer veldig gjerne tilbake, over all forventning!"
