The picturesque Torquay Harbour is located nearby boasting an array of shops, cafes restaurants and bars. Many other opportunities for family fun days out are, Babbacombe Model Village, Dartmouth Railway, Paignton Pier, Quay West and Paignton Zoo.

As you enter this remarkable penthouse apartment, rising up one flight of stairs, you enter the hallway. To the end of the hallway is the spectacular open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which boasts floor to ceiling windows providing breath-taking views of the South Devon Coast from the lounge area through to the kitchen area. Within the lounge area, you have ample seating, TV with Virgin TV and TiVO, Netflix and DVD with a selection of DVD's. If you decide to stay in and cook there is a well-equipped kitchen area with an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. You don’t even need to do the dishes as there is a dishwasher to do the work for you. From the lounge area there are two bedrooms, a king-size with sea views, built in wardrobe and TV/DVD, and a twin zip-and-link bed (which can be made into a king-size on request) boasting sea views, built in wardrobes and TV. Also within the twin room is a futon for a fifth guest. You will also find the main bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC. There is a cupboard which is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
