It was also very clean and we appreciated being able to park behind the house since we had a car full of stuff as we were stopping in Wilmington on our way further south. «Perfect location, walk out to the beach. Building was noisy on the weekend when other units were rented. Some of the furniture (outside) and utensils was needing repair/replacement. Amenities says kayak/canoe - reached out to owner to determine if this was the rental across the street but they never replied. Lots (too many) automated emails upon booking, but owner did not respond to my emails.»

«Dina's place was even better than advertised! We loved the amenities like snacks, a filtered water pitcher, a toaster oven, microwave, and mini fridge for our week-long stay in Wilmington! The place was spotless! Dina was an excellent host who checked in often. The location is great! It is about 12 minutes to Downtown Wilmington, 15 minutes to Wrightsville Beach, and 35 minutes to Carolina Beach. The area has several restaurants and a Lowe's Foods nearby. I highly recommend staying here!»

«We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting family stationed at the local military base. We loved how close to the beach the unit was. The beach was great-not crowded & clean! The downside was that the complex is over a 30 minute drive to the military base. We felt like we were in the car the whole trip. The condo had everything we needed for a short stay. «We came down to Wilmington to visit family for a long weekend. The house is in a great location and easily walkable to many restaurants and shops. Parking was on the street but had no issues parking right in front of the home. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed.
