«The property itself is a bit outdated although the room in which I stayed seemed newly refurbished and I liked it a lot! Even though it was a budget accommodation, it did include ammenities such as coffee, shampoo, shower gel, etc. The wifi was excellent. «A very homely cottage in a quiet setting just what we as a family wanted and got . The cottage itself had everything that you would have at home which you wouldn’t get in a hotel. Cottage had 3 bedrooms each with un suite bathrooms which certainly is helpful when everyone was getting ready to go out at the same time . We as a family wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this cottage.»

«I booked this place knowing little other than it was close enough to Cardiff for us to stay after the Bruce Springsteen concert. It was very well appointed, with a well equipped kitchen / dining room, spacious wet room, large bedroom and lounge with a sofa bed. And a hot tub in the communal garden area! One point that is not related to the accommodation that I wish I’d known - some of the roads are very narrow and as it’s a very hilly area there are a few hairpin bends which I found difficult ...

«We really enjoyed our two night stay at the Old Post House. Exceptional accommodation, a beautiful large room with comfy beds, tea, coffee, biscuits and water provided. Lovely breakfast with plenty of choice and very friendly hosts. The property is in a lovely village spot on the outskirts of Cardiff and we would have liked to stay longer to explore more. Would definitely stay here again when in the area!!»
