Lovely Countryside Coach Cottage - Pass the Keys

About this space
Located at the edge of the charming village of Matfield, with great countryside walks and the village's 2 great pubs. This is the perfect location to get away from it all or explore the Kent & Sussex countryside, the local wine farms, the Spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells, and only a 45-minute drive to Hastings and the South Coast.

Arranged over 1 floor with lounge, kitchen/diner, bedroom, bathroom, and summer room on to patio and beautiful enclosed cottage garden. We are child and pet friendly.

The space
There is a super king-sized bed in the bedroom. And there is also a double sofa bed in the summer room.

Guest access
The cottage has a patio, that opens onto a fully enclosed, walled garden.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
