BEFORE BOOKING

We want you to enjoy your stay in complete comfort, so here are a few practical things to keep in mind 😊 🕓 Check-in from 3:00 PM and 🕚 check-out before 11:00 AM. 📍 Being in the historic center, you'll find streets with slopes, a typical feature of Toledo that is part of its charm and character. 🚆 How to get there from Madrid: • AVE high-speed train from Atocha to Toledo (approx. 33 minutes). From there, you can take a taxi in 5–10 minutes or walk for about 20 minutes. • ALSA bus from Méndez Álvaro (approx. 1 hour 15 minutes). Once in Toledo, you can easily reach the city by taxi or on foot.

• Parties and events are not allowed

• Taking photographs for commercial purposes is not permitted: This includes filming advertisements.

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone and to keep the apartment in perfect condition, we ask that you take the following rules into account:

Check-in: from 3:00 PM

Check-out: until 11:00

If a late departure has not been previously agreed upon, a supplement of €20 will be applied for each additional hour.

This measure allows us to maintain standards of cleanliness and organization for the next guests.

👥 Maximum guest capacity.

It is mandatory to indicate the exact number of people when making the reservation.

🚭 Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation.

In case of non-compliance, a penalty of €150 will be applied.

Pets are welcome

(maximum 2),

always on the condition that they do not climb on the sofa or the beds.

If the opposite is detected, a penalty of €30 will be applied.

🚫 No parties, events or use for commercial purposes are allowed.

📸 Taking photographs or making recordings for commercial purposes is not allowed.

🔇 Please respect the quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM so as not to disturb the neighbors.

The times for taking out the trash are set by the City Council

and are mandatory:

• From 8:00 PM to 1:00 AM.

• From 10:30 to 11:00 in the morning.

🧹 At the end of your stay, please leave the apartment tidy and in order.
