Completely renovated cottage with wilderness bath located on a child-friendly plot in Arrild Ferieby, where you will find shopping, restaurant, playground, mini golf, fishing lake and not least the swimming pool with South Jutland's longest water slide. The cottage is bright and well furnished and contains a kitchen in open connection with the living room with direct access to a very large and partially covered terrace with barbecue and garden furniture. In the living room you will also find a cozy alcove with two beds, which especially the children will love. There are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. There is a smart TV in the living room as well as in both bedrooms. When decorating the house, the whole family has been thought of with facilities such as an X-box, wilderness bath and a wonderful outdoor area with plenty of space for all holiday guests. The cottage is heated i.a. of an energy-saving air / air heat pump, which ensures a good indoor climate all year round. Not for rent to youth groups.
